How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?
Keep your own notes clearly separate from the original wording. Check whether the chat system emails a copy automatically.

Distinguish recommendations from mandatory conditions when the seller makes that distinction. Check whether a stated limit affects the quantity or scope you expect.
How can I check whether a seller-provided guarantee applies to the purchase?
Check what remedy is described instead of assuming it always means a refund. Review any documented cost associated with the process.
